You know what mate I can see that happening, maybe not scoring 30+ goals this season as he probably won't get many starts in the League games if Benteke comes in but he'll get his fair share in the EL and LC. 

Most people aren't giving him a look in which is great as there's no real pressure on him to get those numbers this season but I can see him or Origi surprising quite a few at how well they'll "fit" our style.

He needs to work on finishing sitters, I've seen him miss a few for England under-21's and a few for Burnley last season. If he can sort out his composure then he'll be a big asset to the squad.

True but unlike the others I don't think he gets involved with any coaching mate.

If we have to end up paying 10m I'm not sure how good of business this will turn out to be. Lad will have a lot of pressure on him at that point.

There's no way the Tribunal will set the compensation at anything like that amount.  It's based on development costs not the players value mate, that's why Burnley have been trying to get a fee off us as they know they won't get anything like what he's worth to them.

I was actually thinking about Ings the other day. I was initially sort of meh toward the signing, but have been starting to warm to it quite a bit. Great pace and work rate, which on paper should fit seamlessly into our side with any combination of Coutinho, Firmino, Lallana and Sterling(?).

Even if we aren't happy with the price set by the tribunal we would be entitled to appeal.

6mil we will pay i reckon then we move on, i think he will have a decent pre-seaoson and if we've not signed a striker by then might even convince the owners and manager that why pay 32.5mil when you can have a hungry lad willing to give his all for the shirt and earn a big pay day.

I think Ings is a cheaper Austin, if the price gets close to Austin we could just switch targets.
