      Hope he recovers well

Any idea of when / how he did this ?  Training today ?

In training just twisted his knee apparently!

F***ing hell, two ACL injuries so close together is just so unlucky. Gutted for him, he'd made such an impressive start as well.

Keeping Sturridge fit has just got even more important now.

Man, this really sucks...two of the promising players for us, gone now. And Benteke hurt...sooooooooooo..... .back to relying on Sturridge I guess....glad he isn't injury prone.

      F**k sake.
Shame for him cos I thought he'd be a starter under Klopp.

Big loss for us as well.

F**k me we really are cursed!

We will need to recall most of our loan players in January and sign a minimum 2/3 new players.

I think some of our players might be a bit over eager in training to impress the new boss.

Gutted for Ings and the team we really needed him this season.

Ings doesn't strike me as somebody who would be overly eager to impress to the lengths that he may do serious damage in the process. For all we know he could have simply slipped whilst turning or landed funny.

Well, not great as Dan is injury prone at the best of times - but alas...

Looks like a few of the youth setup may get a shout then?

Whilst I agree that we shouldn't have to pay more for Ings now that's played for England, it's a completely different situation to Coutinho and Sturridge.

I know but I was using them because it's something you cannot do for a normal transfer so you shouldn't be able to do it for any.

Gutted for him now though... Do we need to recall Balo?

      Fair point, I agree.

For the sake of the team and the manager's health I'd say leave him where he is. The last thing we need is him coming back and creating headlines again. Klopp has already made it clear he doesn't like the current media attention situation as it is, Balotelli will make that ten times worse and he will offer nothing on the pitch.
