Maybe England could get an invite so we can get bullied in another tournament.

It would make sense for them to invite you guys, they only choose teams that won't have a chance of winning it!

1-0 Uruguay, think Jamaica could've nabbed a draw tbh. No Suarez has really affected them, lack of pressing, spark and impetus in attack, can't see them defending the Copa.

I really really don't understand why Sergio Romero hasn't been a regularly for his club, every time I've seen him for Argentina, he has been great.

Whenever i see him he looks a bit ropey and too much of a pretty boy, mind we saw again Argentina's defence look a shambles under pressure

to be honest when I have seen him he always looks rop

I think the tournament invites 1 non South American team. Last Copa was Japan I think?

As for Uruguay, they look very weak without Suarez. Amazing how much of a difference 1 world class player makes.

How come the US can't get invited? We have tons of South Americans living in our country  :f_tongueincheek: ;D

We were invited a few years back and completely disrespected the competition by sending a crap squad down there.

Yep, the Centenario is going to be held in the States. The first Copa America held outside of South America.

Is Silva injured or actually dropped for David Luiz? Also, serious question, are Silva and Miranda the only Brazilian CB's better than Luiz? :S I'm sure there are a few better?

Neymar is soooo good, he steps it up a gear when playing for his country. More responsibility really takes him up a level.

Bolivia just won their first Copa America match since 1997. 3-2 against Ecuador. Pretty cool watching them celebrate.

Vidal was involved in a car accident last night. Apparently he was drunk and spent the night in jail.

Such an important player for Chile, no idea what happens to him now.

Not just a car accident, he trashed a Ferrari, haha, and no "apparently", he was so drunk his drivers license was taken from him
Nothing happened, Chile need him so he got a get out of jail free card.
He was filmed telling the officer arresting him "dont cuff me, you are screwing Chile up".

And yes, Uruguay defendig the title is almost impossible without Luis. We would/could have beaten Argentina yesterday, we know how to play them, but we lacked bite on top, pun intended

Brazil just lost to Colombia for the first time since 1991 :D

Neymar clearly very frustrated with his piss poor teammates and was a little immature towards the end - I think he received a red card after the final whistle? Anyway, the game plan seems to be give him the ball and hope for the best.

The sooner Dunga is out, the better. His re-appointment was one of the most bizarre decisions ever made in the history of association football.

Had a couple of hours kip, then got up to watch Brazil v Columbia.
I shouldn't have bothered, particularly as I fell asleep before the end of the match and missed golf this morning as a result.
All that effort and I missed the drama, which was apparently the best part of the match

      Weird Copa, strange results everywhere.
Neymar set to miss next two matches minimum, maybe more if he is charged with violent behaviour. Think its the Argies time to win it, now that we dont have Suarez and Brazil doesnt have Neymar for a few games.
