Just take the £6m, move on, we don't need any chance of this going pear shaped over £2m.

      Agree.

Probably cost us £2M in wages if he didn't move on.

Just throwing it out there but... if he were to stay - would any of you still want him to be given a chance and not 'frozen out'?

I'd want him as far away from the first team as possible. The lad is sh*te, always has been and the last thing we need is a headless chicken that offers nothing on the pitch.

      Same here
But it looks like he is bound to be here after tomorrow, if not a last minute offer he hopfully accepts is on the table

Great business for us if true but why he didn't just join them last season I'll never understand he would have played regularly.

Our business is done mate but what we really need is a top centre back to partner Sakho.

We have a couple who have never been given a chance Illori and Gomez in his proper position.

Because he is on £55k a week at Liverpool and it was only when he realized that neither Inter or Lazio would match it, or that Liverpool were willing to make up his wages that he looked again to the prem.

Sadly there are still doubts that Sunderland will match his wages and we may be stuck with him till Christmas.

he already rejected sunderland last time, he said he is not interested in joining them
he rejected WH, still hoping inter/Lazio will come for him which I really doubt,
So we will still be paying the ''lion'' for nothing when this window closes in a few hours

How is it that players can step in and complain to the FA if their club blocks a move continually and clubs can't do the same.

We won't be bringing anyone else in mate.

To be fair we have enough creative midfielders for me, we just need to get a system to get the best out of them..

If we could get them in the right roles and system then Coutinho, Lallana and even Tex are good enough but we need to formation and set up to get them in the areas of the pitch to do damage.

We have good players, we just aren't getting the best out of them..

Firmino's boss, get him and Ings/Sturridge close to Benteke, get the creative ones on the ball behind them

How many years this w**ker has on his contract ? Hopefully he will f**k off today to Italy. The window closes tonight for the rest of Europe.

      This is his last year

Liverpool outcast Fabio Borini is closing in on a permanent transfer to Sunderland.

And Jose Enrique has again emerged as a target for West Bromwich Albion as the Reds look to prune their squad ahead of the transfer window closing on Tuesday.

Borini had been expected to complete a move to Italy after being told he was surplus to requirements, with both Inter Milan and Lazio chasing his signature.

But it has now emerged the striker is more likely to be on his way back to Sunderland, where he spent the 2013-14 on loan.

Borini turned down the chance to make the move permanent after the Black Cats had a £10million bid accepted.

However, the Wearsiders have renewed their interest and could pay up to £8m for the player.

If we can sell Both Borini and Enrique in this window, then hopefully we'll get a proper left back, young Gomez has been steady, but his left foot is purely for standing on, he cuts back onto his right the vast majority of the time when in an attacking position, bring in a lefty to compete with Morno and make Gomez 3rd choice Centerback and stick Lovren in the reserves until he learns how to defend. :D

Liverpool have accepted Sunderland’s £8 million bid for Fabio Borini. The deal could rise to £10m with add-ons.

      God, please make it happen.
