This was always going to be a really difficult season for injuries. Been calling Gomez getting injured for a few weeks now. It was always on the cards. This sounds like a bad one though.

Yes of course we should have bought a CB in the summer. F**k only knows what we will line up with over the coming months. Matip cannot play 2 games in a week (which we knew about when we bought nobody) and Phillip's isnt in the CL squad.

Fabinho isn’t a CB so that’s 3 senior CBs to me... not enough and are you saying everyone pre season we’re fortune tellers? 95% of fans called exactly what’s happened so don’t act like it’s a shock.

Dont get me wrong every likelihood if we hadn't sold Lovren hed be injured too. He was injury prone as well. We just needed to sell him and get someone else in.

Our injury list must be well into double figures now? I'm praying Hendo avoids the Southgate  curse.
