So many games to play in a crammed season. I am sure Bobby will play his part, still has plenty to offer, even as a squad player.

Nobody has even mentioned fact he could play with nunez and jota.

Klopp has started with 4 forwards before, bobby playing behind the 3.

Another MF option.

Question is mate would he accept what he must surely see as a lowering in status?

Majority are squad players now though, Probably only 10 that would be classed as 1st choice starters almost every game type of thing.

Just look at Last seasons appearances, Bobby was not 1st choice, but he played plenty. This season will be similar. So no issues.

as close as he is to players I trust Jurgens judgement on how Bobby will fit in and make him an asset to the Squad.
We dont have casts off as Keith suggests and there isnt anyone in UTD's current squad who is fit to lick Bobby's boots.
He can do stuff nobody else can do hopefully when we really need something special followed by flashing white Teeth

Come on. Bob has contributed alot here. I'm not gonna come in here and start tearing at him. But he hasn't been the bob we know for a long time. And i find that sad. Gonna leave it there.

Yep. Labored movement. Ball sticks under his feet. Plays too deep. Is kind of bumming to watch, looks old, and that makes me sad 😔

Bob playing like this is dishearting in that he was the first guy IMO who completely embodied Klopps style, but at this point and time he looks past it. Is what it is, father time is undefeated

Losing pace was never a worry with him because he didn't have it in bag loads but it's very young to lose everything else isn't it.

He's been really poor for a long time. We've held on for way too long. He doesn't get in to any prem starting 11. He offers absolutely nothing now.

Bobby always thrived when we were pressing hard, we don’t appear to do that anymore so that’s taken away one aspect of his game. He certainly wasn’t the only one that had a poor game tonight but it would be nice to have the old Bobby back.

I love Bobby but he just doesn't really do anything anymore.  Last goal he scored was in October last year, I think the commentator said today.

People say he he creates space for others but we do nothing with it anyway, so what's the point? Wow he created space!!! Sentiment can only go on so long and I think it's gone on longer then it has needed.

Don't want Bobby gone but we need another new striker to compliment Darwin and to give Darwin a rest. Can't count on Bobby anymore, unfortunately.
