A 3 month injury would suggest a grade 3 which is a tear they are painful as anything and you wouldn’t be able to jog off the pitch.

Speaking from experience someone who’s had them multiple times if it is that severe he’s fu**ed you never properly recover from it.

Such a shame as thought he looked trim and sharp. Must be looking at emergency cover today surely?

No way is it that bad he walked of no issue Saturday, to the degree some people thought it was a tactical change not injury.

Surely a grade 3 would have stood out as to how and when it went on him and then likely a stretcher off the pitch no? Grade 3 the muscle comes off the bone

Joyce saying it's a couple of weeks but they are going to do further tests. Hopefully it's just International Break and he can come back.

It has to be terrible. I just assume it to be terrible. I’m insecure. Just as I’m insecure about his backups. :aaliverpool2xt1:

Nice to see the Bobby smile again in Porto tonight :)
Took his chances when they came, and looked good in his cameo.
Jota hasn't been poor, but his finishing has been off - so wonder if Jürgen might go with Bob for Citeh game...

Give the ball to Bobby and he'll score................... ..

Loved watching that slow mo replay of his first goal and the keeper chasing it, ball goes over the line and he smashes into the back of the net!!! Classic stuff. I need to find a gif of this!

Thought he might be useful as a sub when he came on vs Citeh, but was a bit of a passenger.
Wasn't expecting that after the game vs Porto.
Guess that shows the difference the opposition makes, Porto were poor, Citeh were pretty good on the day.
But he's coming back from a layoff, so really hoping he can get back to pushing Jota for a start.
Jota hasn't been awful, but could do with someone pushing him.

He wasn’t the sub that was needed at the time, it was Milner that needed addressing. Thought it was bit of a sideways step replacing Jota with Bobby at that point in the game whilst leaving on a player that had become a liability at that stage.

Bobby is better as a starter to me. Sets the tone and he tends to get in the flow of the game better, but he didn't play particularly well (neither did Jota).

Jota was a little bit more direct running at them than Bobby was though
