Love this kid me. He loves to play football. Unlike Sterling, he could have been greedy and looked at the contract that Sturridge got and thought he deserved the same but no, this lad knows how privileged he is to be earning a fantastic living from doing what he loves. This lad will be world class by this time next season.

 A key player to me is like a Fowler, Mcmanaman, Gerrard in his prime or a Suarez, Torres, also I'd add Hamann and not Alonso who I always thought was overrated to death.
I won't go back to the ultimate glory days.
If people can't include Sturridge as a key player, even with the injuries, then this thread is a load of overblown hype of our current teams prowess.
The only key player I can include with the rules and regulations of this threads premise is Coutinho. To be fair I don't fully get what key player means, I know Can can be a great, but I see people listing 10 players? mm key players in our success, their own international success, another clubs success?
