That's what happens when you get your finishing coach for the summer is Kenny Dalglish.

The less we defend the better we look, do think Clyne looks off the pace a little and Origi wont be getting many starts judged on what I've seen of him so far this pre-season.

Origi has that horrible striker habit of getting himself on the back of the defender while in the box. Needs to learn that's the move you do when you're outside the box, get in front of him while inside it. It's why we seem to have no option when we're closing in on their goal. He simply wont succeed unless he learns that too.

Origi layed the ball off to Ibe who was near the touchline (in line with the 18 yard box) and Ibe did a few tricks, ran inside and smashed one into the top corner with his left peg. The keeper did well to get a finger tip to it but wasn't enough to stop it. Can you go grab breakfast a few more times please? :D

Is it just my feed or is the center line actually painted crooked?

I know it's pre season but we would struggle to score anything with this geezer in the prem it seems.

Origi should have done better with that but at least he was in a position to have a chance.

We miss Coutinho, Firminho and a good striker in this team. And some say that Pedro would be surplus here....

Ibe is going to be an incredible player for sure.

How has Origi looked, from the few minutes I've watched he seems to be a step slow?

Poor. Slow to react and really should have converted his chance.
