Maybe a couple games with the U23s will wake him up. His form is just horrific.

Keeps crossing for the sake of crossing, so many aimless passes/crosses today.

Think he is suffering the most in regards to our lack of form we've had lately.

He's needs told to stop just F***ing whipping crosses in.

Absolute sh*te and also McNeill got past him almost every time with ease.

I'd leave him out for a couple of games. Not like we'd miss any creativity or defensive solidity anyway.

While Jürgen didn’t name him, I think he was referring to Trent with a comment he made about the timing of crosses. He was talking about the decision making. What do we have behind him that’s better though? Nothing really.

It was just annoying cos we actually moved it pretty well to Trent so many times in the match but he was just a bit lazy. Took too many touches and then just whipped in a harmless cross when he should have been driving at the defender and playing with more precision.

In my opinion lazy is the right word. I dont think he is concentrating enough on the basics of making the correct contact on the ball and trusting too much in his natural talent.

It is also on the attacking players to lose their men in the middle and find space. Not a lot of movement going on in the box which we would require from crosses into the box seeing as we are not the biggest front line in the world.

Defensively though poor and attacking play miles off it.

I'd play Chamberlain there for a game or two. And changes the system in front of the back four.

This really bothered me with him and OX F***ing prancing around challenges.

Just how many crosses did he put in - I counted 13...

The Ox, f**king hell he was the one player arguably worse than Trent last night, what about Neco, give him a run of games, at least he will put in some effort!!

I guarantee that if we drop him and Bobby we will see an uptick in results, will Jürgen be brave enough to do it though??

Id play Milner, except what message does that give Neco?

At this point Id rather change things up that my 2 full backs give us width and support but are no longer our focal point.

Neither has the balls to shoot but instead fire in crosses tgst either hit the first man or need Peter Crouch in the box on stilts

I'd start Neco but have Milner as back up in case he has a shocker, I honestly think Neco would offer more invention going forwards and defensively he's no worse than Trent at the moment.

Once Gomez is back and Trents form is still stale then I’d drop him & play Gomez at RB..

Having a run of bad games. His crossing is a problem, but for me it's his inability to actually defend properly!

One of them made mcneil look like Messi, and did Trent burst his arse to get back at him, nope stood looking at him taking on Thiago
