In football terms, Everton have been a complete irrelevance to us since about May 87. Rafa told them they were a small club, something I could fully agree with him about.

Hahahahahahahahahahahaha haha the one and only thing you probably ever did!!

The year we finished as runners-up, I actually wanted Everton to beat Arsenal to 4th place. I've no problem in saying that. It means it wouldn't have been the same old predictable sh*te for a start, plus I've quite a lot of family and friends who are Everton supporters. No skin off my nose as long as we finish above them.

As for Utd, I don't care where they finish. As long as it's below us. They are completely irrelevant to me. They only have the fan base because of the relative success they've enjoyed over the last two decades. I suppose they may say the same as our fanbase. I don't care what they think. All I know is that come every new season, these are the ones I most want to thump!

Interesting reading the comments about Everton.

I have no problem with Everton. So long as we beat them every time.. I actually feel sorry for them, and am happy when they do okay (not great... and below us).

But Utd.... I want them to lose every game... badly. Passionately cannot stand them. We have to beat them.. losing is gut wrenching. They are hugely more competitive that Everton, and it is so much more important that we beat them.

I would rather lose to Everton than Utd.
