That's a good point for us because we didn't deserve it.

Thought we were, at best, average.

We played quite well, I'm noticing all prem league teams playing pretty sh*t over the course of 3 years. Rating our league too highly apprently.

What's that new fangled way of thinking?
I just thought you were supposed to arse around in your own half until the other team get it back?

you and the rest of our defense obviously.

If Sakho doesn't start against Norwich I want Rodgers sacked immediately.

      This ^^
      and to add to that
I would start with Sakho and Gomez in the middle with  Clyne and Moreno as FBs

on the whole seeing what players we took to france and playing away a draw is  not that bad
yes we could have won if we were a little bit more attacking minded
Sakho MOTM by far for me

We came with a lot of young players and we showed a lot of character to take the lead.

Europa League always throws up some funky matches and results. Here's a good example: Dortmund needed a very late winner against Krasnodar (Krasnodar?) at home, and in our group, Rubin Kazan lost to Sion, who looked the most likely to finish 4th in the group. In terms of a result, us getting a draw away from home in Europe isn't terrible -- that's usually the key to success in the competition: Draw away, win at home.

That said, our inability to finish games is damning. No matter what personnel we trot out there, we can't defend to save our lives! That general lack of defending is way more annoying than any result.

Sakho was immense, Lallana scored a great goal, and Coutinho was Coutinho. Get all three into the team on Sunday.

F**k me lads, we got a point away from home. Instead of focusing on the sh*te (as you see it) try and find the positives, you never know it may be catching.

If lallana can stay fit him and couts are going to become a force, chirivella and rossiter done well under pressure. I'd personally give Ings a start against Norwich, I think the lads going to become a legend given time.

As I say, try and start enjoying football instead of the constant F***ing bitching.

That was all a bit meh, cant complain with a point away from home considering the way we have been playing recently.

Still cant defend though, WTF was that keep uppy in our box leading to their goal. Gomez and Can were poor for the goal.

Is that your Rodgers opening line from his aftermatch interview bet? What odds did you get?

I'm prepared to give the lads a bit of slack because it was away and we fielded a few youngsters/players not considered usual starting XI players, but it was pretty drab, made all the worse by Michael Owen gargling on Ferguson's wrinkly old bollock sack all game.

After 55 minutes I was whining at how poor Lallana is but said to my mate he'll score and people will ignore how bad he played!

What game were you watching lad ha ha

If Lallana can stay fit he will be a force? He had a good five seconds where he took his goal well apart from that he was sh*te as usual

Coutinho was wasteful tonight but he has nobody to link up with

Inge will become a legend? No idea how you've come to that conclusion when we've only seen about 75 mins of him in a lfc shirt. I do like ings and I want him to start too but you're being a bit enthusiastic there

It's hard to enjoy our football at the moment when we perform like that every week. Another shocking performance in my opinion against a very poor Bordeaux team

Was not a bad performance considering we fielded a team B against an opposition mostly playing usual starters, who had just drew against PSG in their last game.

But the choice not to have, say, Skrtel and Lucas on the bench to secure the result, may have costed us two points.

Not a terrible result, always feels a bit worse when we've had the lead and then lost it. Worrying performance again though.
