The thing about Jürgen is nobody can say he has ever gone backwards at Liverpool its been a constant improvement and these last 3 months have been incredible. He is the perfect fit for our club and most importantly we fit him.

Klopp Masterclass let them run themselves into the ground in the first half and then pounce.
Although if their incorrectly ruled offside goal had stood it might have been squeaky bum time.

You could see City were wasted in the second half they barely landed a blow as they were gassed.

somewhere amongst all of this someone will finally acknowledge we actually have a very good balanced team who seem to really enjoy playing for this manager and this club.

Noticed that he said " we have to play in the moment and compete and not wait for it to come and then give it to Mo or Sadio..." or words to that effect.

In a sense telling the players to do their job, to concentrate and compete...and fight for the second ball. He was right..we were a bit shell shocked in the first half and could've lost it.

He was 100% right. We were letting it happen..letting City go thru us. Once we got back to actually competing and not waving City thru, the game changed.

Sometimes Klopp seems to ramble on but within is the right message. I think he is far more succinct, direct in the dressing room. He can read a game much more than it appears. Add that to one of the best motivators in the game adds up to a World class manager.

Said it before the tie wouldn't want anybody else leading us into it against the hottest team in Europe and boy did he exceed that!

The sense of relief after the Everton bore draw a couple of years back when Rodgers was sacked was surpassed by the elation that my choice of manager to replace him the club appointed.

However .... I never expected this and at times he seemed as if he was not going to do anything about some of the players and parts of the team.

Masterstrokes of eventually dropping Migs.   buying VVD who was targeted last summer and bringing on the youngsters such as Trent has finally all gelled together.

Amazing.

Ask any Red f they would change Jürgen for any other manager in the world and the reply would be unanimous.

I think he should be sacked.  Doesn't communicate with the fans, never smiles, no plan b,  can't speak a word of English and just because he's Liverpool manager.

I hope we get Real Madrid, we'll murder them in 2 legs, i'm really confident that if we will face Roma it will be an incredible tough 2-leg, a team that presses as hard as us and they are very compact in defence.

I'd rather we get Bayern or Madrid, so Klopp will be on familiar ground. His style is more suited when facing these teams.
