I didn’t know that story until a few years ago... Had I done I would of asked him! I didn’t know he was that unliked until I got on forums really!

as I say, he was ok generally!

Can't stand him because him and the rest of the 'spice boys' took the piss out of this club in my book, when they really had the talent (ok maybe not Ruddock!) to take on the mancs, but all of them even to this day just seem to shrug their shoulders and say 'they were better than us'.

He has a nasty habit of refusing to pay debts, then declaring "bancruptcy" after putting property, cars, valuables in his wifes name, so for that alone, I think he's a c**t.

Ballooned up massively due to the ale, although as JustMingles says, my uncle (who lives darn sarf) met him and said he's actually a nice fella. And to be fair I thought he was funny as F**k doing the pisstake of the Jim Beam ad (not sure if got right drink) on Soccer Am and also doing the lapdance for Jamie Redknapp on A League Of Their Own.

Yeah I remember that mate. He also disrupted all the teams preparations for the Cup final by having a huge row with Roy because he wasn't picked for the final. I think either he or Babb had just returned to fitness, but Babb got picked and Ruddock went completely nuts.
