how about we take this supposed transfer fee. add in a couple of other 'potential' targets that offer possible upside and just buy someone that is proven. 

this is not a dig at vardy but inside of gambling on possibilities, just splash the cash on players klopp really wants and be ahead

Vardy is in many ways similar to Benteke. Not of course in the way he plays, but similar in the sense that if he plays in a team which plays somewhere near to his strengths, he will score some goals. It's whether in Vardy's case we will be allowed to play to his strengths, so dependent is he on the ball played into space behind a high back line. That said I'm sure he would be the best pressing centre forward in the league, and although he's not in the same class as Ian Rush was, the Welshman probably had the same things said about him before he scored a million goals of all types.

Well I think it would be good for the league  it would prove it can be done without spending vast amounts , they might fail , but they're hsving a good crack at the moment  , obviously I'd rather it was us I didn't expect it this season so im not too down about it, we are building so I wont begrudge them a moment of glory if it happens .
