Supposed team - Mignolet – Clyne, Škrtel, Lovren, Moreno – Can, Milner, Allen – Ibe, Lallana – Benteke.

Shame Couts is not fit, we might struggle for that spark of creativity. Even more interesting is Sturridge on the bench?

It doesn't look good through the middle, does it? Maybe we should gamble on Teixeira as you and some mentioned. I certainty would.

No Firmino or Coutinho? Honestly I don't like that side too much, it has no strength in the middle and lacks any real creativity, we might struggle if that's the XI in my opinion.

I just don't want us to have to play Allen..... so, I'd go for:

      Migs
Clyne -Skrtle - Lovren - Moreno
      Can - Milner
      Lallana - Firmino - Ibe
      Benteke

I really think we're going to stuff them!!  4-0 with Benteke getting a brace!!

These are the kind of games that maximum points are a must, Swansea at home should be a banker all day long,
We've seen in the past that dropping points to mid to lower placed sides have cost us titles,  ie; 13/14 season V Villa & Hull spring to mind in particular (not Gerrards slip),

Obviously Lucas out is a blow, however Allen should have enough about him to cover adequately, to early to see Henderson,

I wouldn't change too much only tactics,  so I'd  go with this
                              Mignolet
                Clyne Skrtel Lovren Moreno
                                   Allen
                      Milner.         Emre
                                Lallana
                   Firmino.          Benteke
Bench ;  Bogdan, Toure, Randall,  Texiera, Ibe, Henderson,  Divock

We need to find a solution to destroy teams at home,  once we get that there will be no stopping us, I believe when Henderson is back
We will move up a gear, be more balanced, and have more options both offensively or defensively,

Away from home we have seen how we can dominate by pressing high and harassing players into mistakes,  at home it's our onus to play forward and mostly have to break sides down, so midfield is the pivotal area we need to control,

A trio of Lucas, Henderson and Can are my preferred midfield with Milner a very capable back up, these 4 can be rotated depending if we're home or away,  attacking or defending, with Lucas sat protecting,  Hendo & Can can push forward or one can stay back with Lucas,

Until Jürgen brings in his preferred additions this I think will be a regular sight and not to shabby in my humble opinion,

Anyhoo,  Can't see anything other than a convincing Reds mauling of that Swans,

      3_0 at the very least,

3 points and a bit of a performance at Anfield would be lovely. Keep the momentum going, 6 point from the top if we win!!!

Why not Tex in place of Coutinho? I rate Text highly but Klopp know much much better than me.

Bit of an underwhelming team if that one posted is true. Loved watching Coutinho, Firmino and Lallana all link up recently.

Confident in a win no matter who runs out though. Always entertaining against the Swans even though they are struggling. No Jonjo is a blow, he's usually a big threat for us :f_tongueincheek:

3-0 to the red men and hopefully Benteke will start a Vardy-esque run !

Firmino to replace little Phil if hes not fit (but he did have a stinker on Thursday). Would like to see cameos from hendo if hes fit and yes Sturridge, the sick note himself, if he can actually kick a ball now. We should have too much for the swans and just because I,m welsh I don't see any room for patriotism from myself. A LFC win all the way for me.

I agree mate, maybe our subs will be the answer ? Not sure why Firmino is missing but maybe he, Coutinho and Sturridge will be on the bench?

If Coutinho is not available I wouldn't play Firmino. They seem to complement each other. We need to rotate players based on who's available today I would go with,

                       Benteke
         Lallana.                 Ibe

I prefer Coutinho and Firmino too..... maybe we can have below next week or something.

                       Sturridge
        Coutinho              Firmino

That's what threw me I'm sure it used to be 4pm?  I thought 4-15pm was used to avoid it coliding with the 2pm kick off if they're both televised !
