Apparantly they had an average 42% possession throughout the season and we know they built from the back and counter attacked.

Chelsea were similar last season in their clean sheets and solidity in defence.when they won the PL. Maybe it goes to show the defensive approach works wonders? Our 101 goals in 13/14 was not enough as we conceded so many goals. That season Chelsea had a mean defence but a poor attack. Despite their attack,  still finished just behind us. And man city had the best balance

We've all seen how much arsenal's beautiful attractive football has brought them much success in the premier league since 2004

Leicester were struggling to keep a clean sheet at first, up until the New Year they had only kept 3. One of the reasons I thought they would miss out; like us they were letting in far too many goals.

YEah, I have a feeling him and Kante will go, but the rest will stay.

Kante is the player for me, I would chose him over Mahrez without question.

Can't see any leaving, with them winning the league and having a crack at Europe.

In fact I think Claudio will be wanting to bring one or two bigger players in.

Agree about Kante as well, really like him as a midfielder.

A very mixed feeling in my case so far. As a sports fan I am just happy things changed at the top, but as a Liverpool I am just gutted that we haven't won it yet. I know I will live to tell, but it just makes you wonder how close we where in 2009 and 2014 and I feel like screaming.

Maybe it is a dreadful feeling, but I am almost 100% sure that if we had Klopp from the beginning of the season instead of that Northern Irish cheat, we would be competitive at the top. But, it doesn't matter now, does it?

Now that ly-checster have won the league. And have proven that you can succeed with a team of skilful, hard working pros who play to their strengths, keep it simple. mixed with luck, lack of injuries and momentum.

We can permanently retire all the following arguments:

      1. [Player] is not world class.
      2. How many of our players would get in the [United, Chelsea, Arsenal etc etc team]
      3. [Player] does not fit our 'style'. whatever that is.

With talk of Vardy interested in joining Arsenal, I wonder if him leaving would have a domino affect and we'll see Marhez and Kante leave?

I can't get my head round Vardy to Arsenal.
Either Wenger intends totally abandoning his football philosophy or he's trying to prove he was right all along and route 1 doesn't work

I read something earlier about Kante maybe moving to Chelsea or PSG. He's said he's going to wait until after the Euro's before sorting his future out though. He has a similar clause to Vardy so you can expect some teams to be activating that.

The clause only applies to CL teams? ffs, I can actually see Chelsea challenging for the title with Kante.

No need to worry about it then mate the chavs don't have CL so they can't activate his clause  ;)

Lmao, oh yeah, totally forgot about that!!! It was just embedded into my head that they are in CL because I'm so used to them being in it.
