I think even if they experience mild success this season it will open the league up even more and it's only better for the league as a whole. They've been excellent thus far and gracious also in the way they've gone about things. Nothing but respect at the moment for them.

Shows what a great manager can do with a cohesive unit. May their success continue, but let's hope we can get the result on Boxing Day! ;D

Really incredible what they are doing.  I hope they win the league this year.  How refreshing would it be if they won the league, Palace and Spurs finished in the top four, and we won the Europa League to sneak in the back way.  ;)

If they win the "Premier League" before we do, I think I'm going to cry.

Can you imagine the sh*t we are going to get off those Manc, Chav and Bitter cu*ts, not that those Bitter cu*ts have anything to laugh about.

Please fall in a heap Leicester. Don't mind if you finish 2nd as long as the team in front of you is us.

I have to agree, they're on a run but come the end of the season they'll be lucky to finish in the top 7/8.

I feel a thread merge coming on.  ;)

I'm going to keep this open because they are single handedly keeping my Fantasy Football team alive.

As soon as the wave breaks (Nice line Mick) I'm merging this. :D

Leicester certainly giving everyone a run for their money, good luck to them anyway, although hope the Reds can temporarily stop the band wagon next Saturday.

Top of the league for Christmas.
Since 2008/2009 only one team top at Christmas has not gone on to win the league.
      Liverpool. 2008/2009 & 2013/2014.

      Sorry for the reminder.

What surprises me is that no other PL club took thier chance with Ranieri, always seen him as a decent principled man with not a bad word to say about anyone.

Hope they get the league if we don't ;D

Well, Ranieri has managed a few big clubs in his career (post-Abramovich Chelsea, Valencia, Atletico Madrid, Juventus, Roma, Inter Milan, Monaco) and has hardly anything to show for it, in terms of trophies. His managerial career will soon complete 30 years and apart from lower league trophies and promotions, all he has won is a Copa del Rey with Valencia and a Coppa Italia with Fiorentina - that is all.

So I entirely understand why no club aiming to win stuff would actually hire him these days.

Which obviously takes nothing away from the fantastic work he has been doing with this Leicester squad and, as much as I still don't think they will the league, I'd love if they did! It's certainly refreshing to see them, as well as Palace and Watford and other smaller clubs, doing well in the league and changing things up a bit.

After our recent games I don't fancy our chances against these, I think right now they are much better than us. I'd be happy with a point...

      They aren't reinventing the wheel.

But they are playing to their strength and well-drilled. You can go a long way if you know what you are about and organised.

I don't think they'll win the league, but I think they'll still finish ten points clear of us.

I think they will be competing for the league if they don't win it.

Gonna be interesting game boxing day. I have a feeling we will beat them convincingly. I also have a feeling they will  finish well above us and deservedly so.

Wish I shared your confidence mate, I don't fancy us at all, they are a bloody good side to be fair. 14/5 they are with Bet365 while we're 10/11. Those prices are based on long term rather than short term history. My guess is we'll have to score at least twice in order to win.

What a story, will it have a happy ending? It's already a happy ending no matter what now, I want them to fail badly... when they play us, then, after that I want them to succeed, I like their manager and their team. Highlight of the season, apart from us getting Klopp.

Their slump is starting right here I reckon. They are not that well organized defensively but they mask it with relentless pressing from the front. If we can box them into their penalty area they´ll be prone to bad mistakes. They have had so much luck it just has to come to an end sooner rather than later. Poor poor Chelsea had them on the ropes, couldnt believed their luck to escape with all points.

Chelsea had less shots on target. You must have been watching a different game... not to sure showing sympathy for Chelsea is going to go down well either.

If we could sign one player from Leicester, I would choose Kante, the guy is an absolute beast.
