We must be cursed injury-wise.  That or there's something wrong with the conditioning/training programme.

Hasn't Kolo gotten injured in each of the games he's played for us this season?

Really pleased with a win tonight. Massive improvement from the weekend, although the second half wasn't as good for us, but we take a lead into the home leg.

Can my MotM, although I could just as easily give it to Toure. Lucas was good as well.

I'll vote Kolo MOTM haha that save near the end was F***ing epic, just throwing himself in front of the ball, then fighting to say on the game despite the injury. I know we've signed this man when he was past his best but I'll always like him. Gives his best at all times and is such a positive, nice guy.

I so wish Kolo was in his mid 20s and not mid 30s. What a 'character' he is.

Must be honest I don't like the team at all, think it looks way too powderpuff. I don't fancy the game at all now, hopefully this is one of those posts where people can remind me of it after the game and I look like a right tool.

Proper performance that.  Got forward really well in the first half and despite two injuries went on to take the lead. Defended it really well in the second half, bit of a shame we didn't go on and get a second but I think we'd have all taken 1-0 before the game so can't be too disappointed!

Don't even know what to say about all the injuries, surely it's got to be a training issue or something?

A good win with a clean sheet and an away goal.

another clean sheet the back four and midfield three really worked well but if Firmino could score we could have won that easy, Lot of 
money to pay for little end result. But what can you say about Lucas our Captain tonight just incredible effort if he had half a yard of pace he would be world class.

Faultless performance from Kolo Toure.

Last season he put in a world class performance against Ronaldo and Real Madrid (and covering for Skrtel...as you do) so it's no surprise.

Quality player on his day. But that's why he has been a Premier League player for 13 years now.

Very happy with that. Poor old stoke reverted to their old ways after 10 minutes I think, long balls and crosses. I would love to know how many crosses they put into our box. Which we defended great against. Three injuries is a huge blow and will deco have an impact on the next few weeks. However onwards we go, well done lads. Kolo motm for me.
