Crystal Palace Walt and job done fairly easy over two legs, first at Anfield was same night as the England riot in Dublin and we won 1-0 and then think Fowler and Macca did the job at Selhurst Park.

Not much related to Wembley etc but LFC gave the attendance figure for tonights game about 10 minutes before kick off.

Always thought attendance was number of people who had come into the ground and not a figure based on ticket sales.

Possibly. Lucky then he's in this era of football. He would never have made it at our peak years. I love my footy, but it doesn't compare to how it used to be. Anyway, we're in the final and just 90 minutes away from some silverware. I just know our glory years are going to come back under Jürgens reign. Would have started looking for tickets before the game, but did that last year prior to the Villa semi final and look what happened there!

Poor performance, thought Stoke played well, on the whole, but at the end of the day the Reds are through to the final, that's what counts.
