We were not at our best, but to only give away one goal (that too a shocker by the linesman) in about 220 minutes, against a team that has been playing some attractive footy, we definitely deserved to go through. I don't expect us to play hard on football everytime we cross the whitewash but ffs at the very least I want my team to perform as if their lives depend on it, especially in a semi-final,  we were at home, we were 1 up yet Stoke played like they wanted it more,


We got lucky, very lucky but we head for Anfield south and I guess that's all that matters,

I hate Stoke City, but you have to feel for them a tad,  they were the better side tonight.

I went for Flanagan as MOTM tonight. It's just his second game in god knows how long and he was a rock for most of the night. It's great to see the lad on the pitch again, hopefully he sticks around for the long term.

It was two legs, we were clearly better in the first leg, and there goal was clearly offside, we weren't good today, but overall we deserve this.
