Just googled it The source comes from a Spanish radio station called cope. Not for me this!!

Somebody called Paco Gonzalez from COPE radio is said to have started this story but I've not seen any reports from a reliable UK source. I have no idea how reliable this Paco guy is but last summer he said Benzema was moving to Arsenal so that gives you some indication.

In November there was speculation about possible offers from Manchester United, Arsenal and Chelsea, but COPE said Saturday that now is the Liverpool who is closer to gain the services of the player.
