Oh F**k just read a twitter report of a rumour going around that Joe felt pain in his Achilles after the game. Short clip of him entering a hospital, mask on, but I thought I did detect a limp.  For fucks sake if true! Convinced he’s made of glass! Argggghhhhhhh

You have to agree it’s getting WORSE every week it’s in use though? Like to a level that’s it’s laughable, I’ve said in other threads it’s at a level that even when it happens to a rival, it’s not funny any more, you can’t even banter about it because it’s actually really sad what’s become of our game, and you know it’s at a dire level when fans of all teams, are thinking the same, and you have fans from teams like United calling what happened in that game a joke.

I think we need to fast track Nat Philips into the first team to give us another option, we can't rely on Matip.

Matip appears to have muscular issues which are more than just niggles like a minor sore ankle or knee. If you have muscle strain you can't play.
