Even if 4th is a long shot we are still not mathematically out of the running and the way this crazy league is going this year anything is possible. But can we win our 3rd PL game in a row it would be the first time this season.

I would imagine Sakho should be fit for this and Skrtel close to being ready. Toure won't be able to manage two games in a week so it will be one of those two partnering Lovren.

Can Flanno play two games in a week with the post injury rehab?

Surely Coutinho and Sturridge will start to get them ready for the Mancs on Thursday.

      Clyne
      Lovren
      Sakho
      Flanno/Smith
      Can
      Henderson
      Lallana
      Coutinho
      Firmino
      Sturridge

Honestly believe that Origi deserves to start.  Also think Sturridge is, on the basis of his three recent starts, better from off the bench at the minute.

After beating City 3-0 I wouldn't be in a rush to change the side.

Agree - same side to start and then bring on Sturridge/Coutinho.

I doubt Toure will start a third game in a row, I imagine this will be Skrtel's return, but the rest of the team looks like a dead cert to start.

Flanno won't start this game as he's still suffering with his knee after playing but then again he's not in the Europa squad so he might be risked.

Love it if Klopp dropped the nut on that arrogant kunt, then while he's writhing in agony on the deck Jürgen puts his finger to his lips and says Shhhhhhh!

Same side that battered citeh for me, just to impose a tad of consistency you understand, Studge to come on after a hour,
Hopefully we are up at the time so no added pressure to score,

I hope we wallop these feckers properly in view of them playing spoil sports in the last few matches against us. They have bullied us all over the pitch it's high time we give them a taste of their own medicine. Tackle them in bunch like a pack of wolves, pound their defence continuously and don't give them an inch of their own pitch.

Fun fact... Apparently we haven't beaten this lot at Selhurst Park since Macca, MO and Leonhardsen (remember him?) scored in a 3-0 win. In 1997. We're due a result.

As long as none have picked up injuries or are overly fatigued, the 11 who started on Wednesday deserve to start again for this one. Couts is obviously not a bench player as he is our best player IMO, but we have to go with the group who played so very well on Wednesday. I'm hoping to see the very same type of mentality and pressing...it's such a joy to watch!

      I'd go with:

Mignolet, Clyne, Lovren, Sakho, Moreno; Can, Lallana, Milner, Coutinho; Origi, Sturridge.

I'd give Firmino and Henderson a rest before the game on Thursday and have a look at Origi and Sturridge together.

I'm beginning to think the lads really upped the tempo and effort against citeh, to cover the fact that counts and Sturbridge weren't available.
So more of the same please !

Remember Newcastle's last 5 results before they faced us?

Not looking forward to this, I think it's gonna be a difficult game regardless of form or not.
