I think they thought he was rubbing it in or something when he walked over to them and applauded them. A vast majority appreciated it and applauded back but there was a handful of people who weren't happy.

I worry about Moreno vs Townsend, as he's been their stand-out player for the last month.

It will be great to see Rafa back at anfield as he was one of our own & will always get my respect Despite his faults ,very much the same if Brendan Ever turned up as the opposing manager,but all pleasantries aside & at the end of the day I want him to leave with nothing & want his side to get beat.
Not to sure what team J.K will put out but going by the team selection against the sh*te I'm expecting him to pick another strong  team.
I think this is going to be a tricky match this one we are the in form team & playing  fantastic Footie but I'm not a fan of playing teams who are in a fight for survival especially when the games Are getting Less & less,I'm expecting a well set up Newcastle and a physical one too,we need to be out the blocks handy & dictate play.

Who would you play out of the usual matchday squad Clint? I originally thought we'd play Lovren, Sakho, Allen, Lallana and Firmino with the likes of Ward, Flanagan, Smith, Ojo, Ibe & Stewart finishing off the team. If Flanagan isn't fit though then I see Clyne playing.

I would play him and take him off, there are still two chances for Camps League qualification and we should be going all outhe for both.

What if we rest our best players and get beat today, then get beat in the Europe anyway?

Waiting for teams to be announced think we'll need more than a mixed bag of youth / experience to beat what i expect to be a well organised Newcastle.
