slide, power it off
once that's done, press the same two buttons at same time like u did before and it should restart xxx
Hold those two buttons in for like 12 seconds or so and it should reset completely.
I couldn't slide the button as the screen was stuck, anyway it seems to have sorted itself out as this morning when i plugged the charger in it was all back to normal. so maybe an apple glitch.
