Great effort its really warming up now Wales,England,Northern Ireland and Ireland 4 from 16 what odds on that.
It is great. Just a shame Scotland didn't get in there. I think 4/5 is still amazing.

Yes, just thinking that, all (qualified) Home Nations plus ROI into the last 16, Marvellous.

Looks like Scotland got their independence after all.

When asked about the penalty decisions, "definately, I would have given man utd those decisions, ok they were not playing, but still, they pay my wages man!" he may not have said....

I'm exhausted watching today's games :D Awesome stuff.

Very happy for Ireland (except for McLean the turd). Thought they bottled it with the Hoolahan chance but what a ball in from him moments later and Brady got a deserved winner. Brilliant.

I think that makes it all the more sweeter Scotland sitting at home.  ;D

Well done ROI even though Conte did you a favour by picking his second team, who looked like they would struggle against my 5 a side team.

Looking at ROI they play a similar game to England. A lot of possession without end product.

      Enough end product tonight.

Holy mother of God! That was one hell of a match and one amazing moment when Brady scored that header!! Moment of the tournament for me and totally deserved. Ireland were FANTASTIC throughout the whole match and totally deserved it!

Was in Bordeaux for the defeat to Belgium and tbh didn't think we'd come back from it. We were so poor in that second half, paid them way to much respect. Massive credit to O'Neill though, he made 4 changes for the game last night, starting 2 new CBs, McClean and Murphy - that could've backfired, and he would've got it in the neck - but they all did well and the team got stuck in from the start. Stonewall peno against McClean in first half not given, F***ing disgraceful refereeing, the fuckwit was looking right at it :(  And when Wes missed that sitter from 8 yards, thought that was it. Excellent cross though from him for Brady moments later, who was brave, kept his eye on the ball, never checked on the keeper, and nodded home. Cue F***ing crazyiness :)
Boy do we owe the frogs, we play same way, get stuck in and make it uncomfortable, have a chance. Italy deffo did us a favour by playing the b-team, but after the cheating git Henry's handball did us over before, how good would it be to stick it to them in their own F***ing backyard. Can't wait...

I lime Liam Brady. Better than Moreno with his end product. Never stops.

I had no idea who Liam Brady was until I Googled him, I thought you'd unearthed a gem that I'd never heard of.

I didn't know until yesterday that Robbie had been at United until 2013.

Liam Brady was a great midfielder for Arsenal.

      Youngsters these days!    :D

Irish may have deserved the win, but that's not saying a lot considering Italy had no interest in that match at all.

Ireland are fortunate that they played Italy in the final game.
