The one thing I seem to be thinking to myself a lot this season is “what’s the point”. Like seriously, this season has been sh*t so far. Injuries, suspensions, Coutinho being a little bi*ch, sh*t results and sh*t performances. In fact the only time I’ve thought this season has been going well is the 90mins against Arsenal.

That's a good looking line-up Luke, but I struggle to imagine we'll be able to field that whole line-up for more than 15 games this season, knowing our past injury records.

It's hardly surprising to most of us. We were crying out loud for the lack of depth in pre-season.

This luck...... I don't feel I'm overreacting when I say that this kind of stuff happens to us more than any of the top clubs. I hate it for him and the club. Just don't see how this season turn around when stuff like this keeps happening to us.

No mate, it happens to all the top teams. It only seems apparent to us due to our lack of depth and the inability of the squad to adapt.

Why did Mane still need to be on the field at 80 mins at 2-0 up.

I'm not watching any footy this season anymore. It's gonna be a long and painful season. Wake my up next August. Hopefully Jürgen would still be in charge.

I hear ya, but I feel this sort of attitude is running rampant even before this latest blow. Supporters are booing the players and screaming stupid stuff at them from the Kop. How does that help? It's not like they aren't trying their best. Hendo has a stretch of good games and gets a half a page of comments on them. He follows that up with a stinker and all of a sudden people are coming out of the wood work to say he is sh*t. AOC starts one game and people write him off and show their disdain for the move. Its nonsense.
 
I know this season hasn't been the best, but we are in the Champions League. We have United this weekend. After next weekend we have a stretch of games that we could take advantage of and start to crawl back up to the top of the table. As a fanbase I wish we could focus more on the support of our club rather than talk about how much this era sucks.

Remember the game against  Bournemouth  last Dec' when we were 3-1 up?... Goals by them in the 76th,77th, 93rd minute cost us the game... Maybe Senegal was guarding against some similar happening...

A Cape Verde equivalent quality league team would not get in the premier league, probably would not get in the league period, so I don't think it is comparable.

Well its not like we dont have cover for this position. Its an absolute balls dont get me wrong but its time for other players to show us what they can do. Chamberlin for one. What id love to see happen is two in midfield Hendo and Can. Phil on the left Salah on the right with Firmino behind Danny. Bobbys industry could be best used a little deeper.
