Sadio seems to be seeing a lot of the ball quite deep. I dont recall him missing many chances or taking many shots.

I still prefer our attacking left side to our right at the moment but there's not too much quality there recently. We seem to get to the box and run out of ideas.

That’s why you always play your best players even if they are in a rough patch.

Yep he had a few chances and put the most difficult away! All the front 3 should have had goals, Mo's was denied but what a ripper goal that was!

It really is all about the individual, in some cases as you probably know they can have long covid. Don't think will be the case here though. When Lewis Hamilton got the all clear after his covid positive  he raced in the last race and said afterwards he felt terrible and didn't realise just how much it takes out of you.

Been so wasteful this season

Terrible, looks like a machine running at defenders but gets near the box and becomes timid all of a sudden. He just needs one to get in the back of that net!

Absolutely dreadful form most of this season. Looks sluggish with the ball, much less runs behind the defenders without it, loses the ball a lot, finishing not up to par.

We really need his goals contribution to go up because at the moment we won't be winning a lot of 1-0 games.

For me right now he's just hanging on to the ball far too long. Classic example of trying to do too much. I can't say I blame him, as they all know we need a spark, and he's just trying to create one. Still, he needs to come off the ball a lil more and make runs with out it.

His link up play with Robbo has dropped big time most likely because Robbo has extra defensive responsibilities. So Sadio probably thinks he needs to create chances from the left wing on his own.

Both Mane and Robbo were much improved on Saturday. They weren't great but a lot better and that's good sign.
