I see we are shopping the bargain bins again. We should only be bringing in players that improve our starting 11 in my opinion.

I dont get why people read this trash and think there's an element of truth in it.

He is nothing like Klopp. He is lazy, inconsistent, moans and does nothing for team morale.

This! He's like the conplete opposite to what Klopp wants in his team and been getting worse with each passing season at Newcastle.

I thought this and yet he has played quite well for France.

He has indeed mate... not forgetting that Rafa made Sissoko captain of his Newcastle team - something which would appear to counter the argument from folk who admittedly know Jürgen (and Sissoko) better than me that, being lazy, he's not a Jürgen type as Rafa is better known for his love of hard workers than his tolerance of lazy players.

For all it's worth; I know Sissoko is looking a move, that BvB have been linked and that he'd like to stay in the Premier League (stating L.F.C.) as his preference - whether L.F.C. want him... well that's a different matter.

Klopp is looking for size and strength in the middle of the park and Sissoko would fit the profile. A pair out of Sissoko, Can, Henderson or Grujic would make us defensively more solid in the middle of the park.

I didn't even realise he was in the team to be honest. Too busy watching Payet and wishing he was in our team and not West Hams.

Sissoko is in no way a defensive minded player he is an average box to box midfielder.

      Pogba-lite if you will.

If Klopp thinks sissoko is good enough for us then I will seriously start doubting him as manager.

      He is average at best.

A perfect signing for FSG though. Still young, Cheap fee, cheap wages, no competition for his signature.

don't think we can look into the last couple seasons where newcastle newcastle'd him. would be a good cheap addition to the midfield.

On his appearances at the euro I'd sign him in an heartbat.
Clearly showed he's able to up his game far far above his meh displays at Newcastle, and we need such competitors in the squad.

He's played every game, or almost every game, for the soon to be European Champions.

Can't be as bad as some of you lot make out.

I am not saying he is bad Si,just pointing out we should not buy a player just because of his World Cup or European Champions performance. That is why I named Diao and Diouf as examples.
