Do we get 25% of his next fee?  Hopefully he does really well and ends up signing for Chelsea for 50M in 1-2 years, then flops when he gets there :)

Good luck lad.  As long as you don't go to the Mancs or Everton then I'll always wish you the best :)

Best of luck Ibeeeeeyyy, you didn't quite make it here son, but I sincerely hope you lose your cherry at the Cherries,

      All the best Jordan.

Great bit of business by the club, £20m for two unwanted players,  I don't suppose the club could buy all those wooden seats and donate them to those whose arses kept them warm down the yrs...... NO......

      thought not. ??

The good thing is Benteke, Alberto, Canos, Markovic and Allen are guaranteed to bring in £65m; Ilori, Wisdom and Sinclair another £10m.

Don't think we raised close to £100m in 1 window even with Suarez's sale.

Had high hopes for Ibe when he first got in the first team, doesn't really seem to have come on much since then which is a shame.

Probably the best solution for both Liverpool and Ibe.

Ha ha ha s@int but wasn't that in the bad old days when we had profiteering owners, who, although employing a top manager, never spent their own money and operated sell to buy policy?

I can only agree with you s@int,I thought he was going to be a world beater.Sadly this happens too often when a young lads breaks into the team.

That tends to be a problem as you say mate. Somebody breaks into the team and the player gets hyped up to high heavens and when they turn out to be pretty average people get surprised.

We're seeing the same with Ejaria. Most people have never seen him play but I've seen him being likened to a future Vieira or Pogba. Best to just let them play and see what happens.

Sadder still when you consider an awful lot of fans like the fact that FSG's "strategy" for success ['til now anyhow], has an emphasis on developing our kids Billy.

Very, very, few young players make it as top players and yet these tits are still able to sell that sh*te. You couldn't make it up.  :lmao:

      IBE COMPLETES BOURNEMOUTH MOVE

AFC Bournemouth have completed the signing of Liverpool winger Jordon Ibe for an undisclosed fee.

The 20-year-old has penned a four-year deal at Vitality Stadium to become the club's fifth summer signing.

The England U21 international made 41 appearances for the Reds in all competitions last season, including six games in the Europa League as Jürgen Klopp’s side made it to the final.

Cherries chief executive, Neill Blake, said: "We’re delighted to bring Jordon to the football club.

"He played plenty of football with Liverpool last season and we’re looking forward to seeing him to continue to grow now with us, he’s a huge prospect.

"We’ve now signed five players this summer, all of whom have an abundance of potential.

"It shows that we’re serious about nurturing talent at this football club and we have the long term in mind when we say we want to stay in the Premier League."

And Wycombe Wanderers get 15-20% of this, so I hear. They take a lot of loan players during their season so maybe some of the money will be offset against players loaned to them?

It's 15% mate which equates to £2.25m. That's a big chunk of change for a team like Wycombe.
