This past few days has found me looking for a "Replica Shirt" as a Birthday present for myself.
So Ive spent lots of time looking at old jerseys, and while some have a special historic significance for the club, some are just as important to "me" for that special "memory"

It was the time I was just starting going to all the matches, and I always wore them shirts when travelling.

I'm still learning the history and tradition, etc so I can't really have a favorite yet.  The one thing I will agree with is I need one.  Anyone wanna donate to a poor college kid?

I only have two. One green away shirt with Patrik Berger on the back (I was young and thought he was cute!!) and the new adidas one, red with long sleeves and Crouch on the back. Uh... Tough choice

Id love to have an old retro one with Rush on the back, as he was my first favorite player (besides Bruce Grobblear, but then Id had to get a goalkeeper outfit hehe, and that would be a bit weird hehehe)

Thanks a lot im a goalkepper for my team and i have to have my own kits so i always by the goalie kits and i also wear them to match with 25 Reina on the back (the new away one) But my favourite kit is the goalkeepers shirt from Istanbul

I'm sure my red one is still at my dad's house, only the sticky stuff is not all that good these days and last time I saw it it read "Cown Pant" also I'm really annoyed now as my medium size Reebok 03/04 away shirt does not fit anymore :'( so I'll have to diet obviously I bloody love that shirt

Yeap, no doubt about it, my favourite is still the old classic 70s jersey, plain and simple and looks ruthless. After that, advertisments sets in and our jersey never looks the same and too fancy for my liking. Rome 77' is a classic, i still keep some old colour photos and the players looked awesome, particularly when they paraded the trophy.

As a collector (with about 35 different shirts!) I have to say my newest one is pretty smart - even Mr Villa fan at work saw it and said "I'm jealous mate, that's well smart!"

I put it on for the 1st time before the Porto match - 4 goals, 3 points - it had the desired effect and I will wear it tomorrow with a proud heart and a big grin!
