Do you know what mate? I think he does. I think he has been the most under rated player this season. He does what he needs to do which has allowed, in the most part, for the more forward players to shine. He has been doing the little things that go unnoticed during a game. I think it was more noticeable yesterday because of both sides being quite evenly matched.

Deservedly mom for me yesterday,  and I hope he keeps up doing what he is doing.

On a side note, if I did have any criticism of him it would be his finishing, but one thing at a time eh?

Hardly ever giving the ball away and hardly ever doing anything remotely positive. Lurched at two shots that could have put the game away.

Why bring that up and start it against another player (even subconsciously) then?

Had a chance to score twice against another Manc side, was hoping he would have finished one of them off especially that header from a beautiful Can cross. Could have won it for us and I keep thinking about Dirk's message to him this week where he said to Gini, " I scored a hat trick against them. Will you do the same"? And then he said beat them Mancs...should have listened to Dirk, Gini.

very very tidy, and his passing is very good too. Shame he can't hit a cow's a*rse with a banjo.

Why did we bother.

A very good winning goal against City for starters. The last time we won a game against a team that's not in a few divisions lower.

TERRIBLE signing, offers f*ck all, slow, always passes backwards or 5 yards sideways, never looks forward, slows everything down, not a goal scoring threat (bar great header vs City) not a defensive enforcer. What is he, Klopp says he is a vital cog in his team, NOOOOOO!!
