Yeah, serves them right for buying players in their peak and wanting to win trophies. And as for developing young players, I believe they  are one of, if not the best at producing/developing youngsters out of the big clubs in Europe?

Good call, however I think the problem Barca have is they rely totally on scoring goals, sod the defence! It seems to be a growing trend in football.

The problem Barca have is the same problem we have, once we come up against a team who can stifle the attack, we are struggling to find answers.

Monaco 2-0 up Tuchel seems like the perfect manager for Arsenal.

That Sven Bender's own goal was a good header, funny as well watching him crying for the foul when Falcao was nowhere near him.

2-1 and Dortmund get back in the game.

Pulisic looks a very talented player. I know people are sceptical of signing younger players but this guy at the age of 18 would slot straight into the first 11

35m for the Ox? ;D!!! Rather we spend 35m on Pulisic, he will be a first teamer too.

He is, and far out of our reach :( I can see him going for 60m+ to one of the super clubs.

I don't follow it much now as it's not on free TV, (guess there are lots like me) & we're not in it, but I'd have to agree.

      Someone different for a change.

Such a shame Atleti didn't put this tie to bed, can't bear the thought of another week of the press wanking over another miracle for a bus parking bunch of wankers.

Maximum Respect has to go to thousands of Borussia fans who gave up couches , sofas , rooms and beds for the Monaco fans to have somewhere to sleep overnight .

Brilliant  in the true spirit of the game.

Hear, hear mate. Absolutely fantastic bunch of supporters, a true credit to the game. If I wasn't an LFC fan that kind of stuff would draw me to them without doubt, love that.

Huge respect and best wishes to all of them.

On a side note as Jürgen and many others have said and no doubt those who have seen Sahin's interview last night will know there's no way that game should have been played in such a short space of time from that bombing, utterly stupid by the officials. I know we don't cow to terrorism but sense should have prevailed here.

Good luck to Dortmund in the return leg, I'll be rooting for them even more because of this.

And the banner from the Dortmund fans telling uefa to F**k off was pretty good stuff as well.
