Dear god, did the double 4-0 / 5-0 Barca and Bayern and Brendan even manages to be beneath my low expectations of him. Doing them proud there, well in B-Rod!

They played 5 at the back but the game seemed to be like a five aside game played on the edge of the Celtic penalty area.

Aight, so I just watched Barcelona vs celtic

a few ex liverpool connections playing

      suarez
      toure
and of course BR managing celtic

and what a game it was.  it was such a lopsided game, toure and co looked really lost and Barcelona was on like 10 levels higher.  some of those goals are truly spectacular.   dear suarez scored a real beauty as well

looking forward to the rest of the group stages

Wasted chance after chance after chance, bar the first goal. You'd normally put one or two in if you were given that many missed chances. Must be the worst finisher after Sterling.

totally did haha. going to blame this ear infection i have. i didnt even see this whole section of the board yesterday. wow!

i did go through all the extended highlights of the games yesterday

the arsenal psg game was probably the most frustrating thing to watch.  i am by no means a PSG fan but when there is an opportunity to see wenger red faced, i would take it.  cavani missing sitters, does a great chest drop followed by a comical turn and miskick etc.   it was bound to be a tie.  arsenal couldve lost easily 4-1.  but now they get a pt and a tricky away game out of the way

First goal was a far throw in from the right side, keeper completely missed it and it was a tap in for Albrighton.
Second goal was a bad pass at the back, Simons had to make a foul (could have been a red) and Mahrez scored the freekick.
Third goal was a pass to the keeper, too short, Vardy got between it and the keeper had to concede a penalty which was scored by Mahrez.

All in all they haven't been tested at all tonight and actually haven't created too many chances, all of the goals were silly mistakes at the back by Bruges and to make matters worse, their best defender, Engels, was taken off with a dislocated shoulder. Usually Club Bruges is quite a good team, not sure what's wrong with them, but they have been atrocious the past few games. Leicester have a really easy group, Porto isn't what it used to be and Kopenhagen isn't better than Bruges, they should finish top of this group easily. Their first real test will be after the group stages.
