Finished my shift last night at gone 2300, got home at 0020, by the time I showered and got ready for bed it was past one in the morning, I had to be up at 0445 for my next shift. If I went to sleep, no way I'd be getting up for the shift. I may not be very ambitious, in terms of my work, but I'm a workaholic and the job gets finished and that kind of thing gets you noticed and the bosses have been piling work on me as of late.
