People being happy that Luiz is playing are barking up the wrong tree IMHO. He's a top player who is as likely to be instrumental in putting the ball into the back of our net as he is to make a mistake which allows us to put in theirs.

I don't see him as a top player at all. The guy struggles to defend and his position is in defence.

I think he probably will as he's an excellent footballer. My guess is come the end of the season he'll look like a very shrewd purchase and everyone will be converted. I get and totally understand that as of now I'm in a minority of one, but that's what forums are for!

I agree, he is an excellent football, and whilst he is not a great defender, we all know it doesn't matter if you have some structure/organisation at the back.... oh, and Kante ahead too.

Only one change, must say I'm surprised Jürgen hasn't gone for the false 9. In fairness though given how much better Bobby Firmino played in the last game once he wasn't being asked to pretend to be a striker, it's the logical choice. Add in that it gets our best striker by miles onto the pitch, and it's got to make sense. Unlucky on Coutinho to miss out, but for sure he'll get on at some point.

It's not that odd when you consider it would be his first game after being out for a few months and it's such a big game. He'll play against Derby.
