Try and watch the first half Clint, you'll love it. The best word to describe it would be fluid, the rotation between the forward 6/7 players was a beauty to behold at times.

      I jizzed a bit.

I will try to watch it.

Best thing about Friday games is that, if you win you can watch the big guns and support the weaker team hoping for them to slip.

Even the Chelsea fans (when they weren't fighting with each other, we had a bit of that last night) were in no doubt that we were impressive last night and fully deserved the win. It seems that in every game we've had we have a patch of utter brilliance, the only variation is how long it lasts. The key is probably making sure when we aren't being brilliant we don't concede, and in that respect I think last night was our best away performance of the season.

Thing is that I have never really rated Henderson, But I understand that there are some here who do and I can respect that...

This is, is that, you're focussing on this on the day of the game instead of just going oh, top performance from Henderson, everyone is sick of the slating of players constantly. Moreno obviously is the new one, I'm sick of that too. I personally don't care if you've never rated him, you won't earn any brownie points if he was sold, just to be able to say 'see, I told you so' what a short amount of glory for such a shitty general attitude.

      Fantastic performance Fantastic result.
Boss said before the game we would have to adjust after losing Firmino 24hrs before the kick off and boy did we.
I must admit I was a bit down knowing Bobby wasn't playing and whether we could penetrate as we did last week.
Our fluidity in that first half was so good to watch.

Chelsea we're bloody awful.. but then we made them look bad so many times in that game..
Hazard,Costa,Kante,Willian,Oscar,Luiz... everyone of them played sh*t.
and that Ivanovic is a f**kin animal.. no wonder Suarez took a chunk out of him!

My only gripe is this passing back to Mignolet who then tries the fancy footwork and pass it back out to someone who has an attacker breathing down on him.
Either pick the f**kin thing up or get rid of it up the pitch..
Made me very nervous every time it happened last night.

And whats with this Matip comparison to Rio f**kin Ferdinand?
Mind you with two mancs commentating what do we expect..

Hendersons goal defo goal of the month! has to be!

Great win lads, well in !
      Made my weekend that has!

Played well mate. Good for us that those subs were made with no time to make an impact.

The mind boggles, it really does. Don't think I've ever encountered such a strange/bizarre fanboyism towards someone so unspeakably sh*t and so utterly irrelevant in the footballing world. I can only think he must be some relation to you or an old pal of yours.

I mean Victor f**king Moses?! Seriously? What are you saying about yourself? Have a word with yourself!

Good performance all around, a joy to watch. Surprisingly I thought Coutinho stood out as one of our more ineffective players, although he did seem to work very hard. I'll have to re-watch the game, admittedly I didn't see all of it. Just glad we are winning. That's  all that matters.

He was mate, but the way he picked Lovren out for our first goal was delightful.

should go as strong as possible, want to keep winning and a trophy to go with it

Feel like a Liverpool team of players 12-22 (including a couple of first choice when healthy types) should be able to defeat a Championship side, while keeping these players match fit. Meanwhile the first XI has full recovery time for the next league match (our top goal).

But I'm with you on winning the League Cup, and anything else we play in, no doubt.

I be surprised if Ejaria didn't start mate.

I could see that. Not sure if Emre is due to come back soon or not, as Klopp made a reference to his fitness "like Mama Sakho" which makes me wonder if he is now out for a few weeks. I would love to see Ejaria in a competitive match with the first team.

But I would like to see Grujic on from the start once.

Yea, was throwing some abuse at the TV when I heard that too.

Still feels good today that win, great play to go two up, and then showed character to hold onto the three points. Ahhhh yessss :)

just as Matip played a nice 1-2 and strode through and got us a corner from his effort.

Good win last night, boss goals from Lovren and Henderson, gonna go against the crowd though and vote Matip as MOTM, thought he was boss marshalling Costa. Apart from the goal the Elephant man scored, thought Matip did well to snuff the threat out everytime Costa got the ball.

Our first half performance was brilliant and made them look like statues at times with our movement. Good to see us defend it out and hold on to a lead.

To be honest mate anyone who watches footy on Sly Sports with the drawback of volume has as much credibility as that F***ing eejit spouting sh*t for a living.
