 Dejan Lovren returns to the starting line-up as Liverpool make one change for today’s clash with Swansea City at the Liberty Stadium.

The centre-back, who missed last weekend’s victory over Hull City due to illness, replaces Ragnar Klavan in defence in the only alteration Jürgen Klopp has made to the side deployed last time out.

On the bench, Divock Origi has recovered from a knock sustained to his foot in training to take a place among the substitutes.

Think that is what Klopp believes his strongest lineup to be. Leaning towards agreeing with him on the Sturridge issue.

Come on reds a win and we will be pressing city a  loss last season there so hopefully an improvement on last season

Every manager has his preferred formation and players for that formation. Sturridge will need to score and press more.

Genuinely thought Sturridge would have started, but the boss knows best.

Right line-up in my opinion, these lads are the form choices, can't argue with that method of selection, it's how it should be.

Think we'll have way too much for Swansea and we should score a few given how we've been creating chances (did I mention Bobby is still best in the league with chances created?!? )

Would be nice to keep a clean sheet in the league and while we haven't been doing so we also haven't been giving away too many chances, so I'd hope there's a good chance of one for us today.

Strong team, with a week off and after last week's result and performance I don't think anybody was expecting anything different than that team.

Plenty of people on the bench who could do a job too.

We're gonna trash them if they can't handle our press. Even if you think you can cope, our press will constantly put you on the back foot. You can't possibly play no matter how good you are. A win is the only outcome today.

Sturridge cannot do what Firmino does, full stop. The formation we have is lethal if they play full on. Sturridge only has a chance to play if we are searching for a goal or he can be used in home games.

I think you meant not yet. Give him a chance. To say cannot is a little harsh.
