Suprised he made 11 changes - but the gamble paid off

Rests the main lads for the weekend ; Sturridge knocking on that door with his goals.

      But soft penalty from lucas.

      2. Sturridge's second goal shows why he's not a class act: No good striker goes for a between-the-legs ball if you have both upper corners wide open. Not if you are a quality striker.
Nothing could be further from the truth Pippen.  I can only assume you've never been coached (or play at a level which doesn't have coaches) mate.

Nutmegging a keeper (or defender), with a shot on goal, happens very often, at higher levels mate: a consequence of being coached to 'shoot on the stride'.

Danny, like every top striker, will have been coached this from an early age.  8)

Criticism for sticking it through the legs, some people have obviously never played school yard football if they have an issue with that:D

Just rewatching the game and loved the fact that TAA is the furthest player forward when Studge got the first  ;D

Overlapped Grujic when he won the ball and ran into the penalty box and had his shot.  Good on him for staying to the right of goal though as he could have been flagged offside  ;)
