Nutmegging a keeper (or defender), with a shot on goal, happens very often, at higher levels mate: a consequence of being coached to 'shoot on the stride'.

Danny, like every top striker, will have been coached this from an early age.

Just rewatching the game and loved the fact that TAA is the furthest player forward when Studge got the first   

Overlapped Grujic when he won the ball and ran into the penalty box and had his shot.  Good on him for staying to the right of goal though as he could have been flagged offside
