Still can't believe he didn't get any game time.

Last 10 minutes were a certainty. Firmino off, Sturridge on. Disappointed really, as that's another reason for Sturridge to feel like he's not wanted and appreciated.

Okay who voted for Emre? Stop drinking and typing it's dangerous.

Hmmm yes. A lot of bad stuff happened when he was on the ball to say the least.

Why would you want to bring on Daniel in the final stages of a match when you are up by 2 and want to close it out...Origi was 100% the right call as was leaving Bobby on.

MOTM? Who else but the little magician? Special mention to Lovren as well for having Benteke in his pocket all match.

Bad mistake for first goal though, and could've attacked that cross better for second.
Fair play for grabbing a goal, rollercoaster for him today.

Great result today, but we're still leaking goals.

Thought he did well today, and knicked a goal. Eye of the beholder and all...

Though I voted for Cou :)

Firmino's finish reminded me of Fernando Torres in his pomp. An all round good performance, other than the 2 defensive errors. Always a difficult place to go to for us, Selhurst Park. Very happy with the 3 points!

Aside from the goal he was not good. Constantly allowing Palace players to get the run on him, poor in the tackle and some bizarre non sensical passing.

I'll take your word for that as it confirms what I already knew, my memory is completely addled by my previous misdeeds.

I still love the lad though. 😁

      So do i!

Sweeps up everything on the ground, tough as F**k when challenging opposition strikers. Ability on the ball is as good as a midfielder.

      Swansea.

Let a couple of crosses just float over his head for 3 chances.

United let Ibra have best chance. Been a good signing comfortable bringing ball out and threat at set pieces cant grumble for 0£

Does it really matter when he's made mistakes? He's a cracking signing thus far I just wonder how well he'd do on the left side of the two seeing as Lovren seems to have brain farts whenever he plays there.

Superb performance from quite a few players but for me it was quite easy to pick the MOTM. Coutinho was unreal. His vision, his passing, his dribbling - the amazing awareness of everything that is going on around him. Incredible. He's always been good has our Coutinho but he might just have gone up a level this season.

Yep Lovren was poor today. Matip on the other hand looks world class.

Imagine we had another quality centre back to partner Matip plus a top class keeper... we would be unstoppable
