City charged for breaking doping rules

It seems Man City have not kept FA informed where players are properly.
That seems to prevent FA from doing random doping tests.
I am not sure how serious it is, but maybe a point deduction is on the cards?

BBC says city accepts the charge,do they get a fine? unrelated see those fucktards singing songs about gassing before the spurs game?
