No chance Firmino is being dropped especially with Coutinho getting back in the team.
You drop Firmino because he was poor for a month but keep Can in the team despite the fact that he has been sh*te for the entire season, where`s the logic in that?

I agree Firmino probably won't be dropped, I was just saying I would drop him.

The logic of dropping Firmino and not Can is that, in my opinion, we have better options to replace Firmino than Can.
However I did say that if Hendo is fit I would play him instead of Can.

I big big game if we win or draw I think we will build, but if we get beat I can see us losing all confidence and the season unraveling,

It's still only 3 points for a win Tezmac  ;)

Fair enough,if the bench would`ve been stronger both of them would not be starting but it is what it is.
Crunch time now..win and stay 5points off top lose and drop to 5th.

With the high standard set today from the 3 London teams we're left with no option but to win really.  Win and the title is on but a loss could leave us scrapping for 4-6th place, it's that tight.

If we want to win the title, we need to win the next 3 games.

This has come at a bad time, with a bunch of the main team (Henderson, Milner, Coutinho, Matip) coming back from injury and Mane in African Cup on Nations.

This is United away though - there should be no excuses.
Put forward the best team we have on paper available.
If they can't cut the mustard, there need to be changes in the summer.

                           Mignolet
       Clyne      Matip     Lovren      Milner
               Henderson          Wjnaldum
                             Lallana
              Firmino             Coutinho
                            Sturridge

Subs: Karius, Gomez, Moreno, Lucas, Can, Ojo, Origi

Why? Sturridge has been sh*t for quite a few games now, so has Bobby but at least Firmino does the pressing.

Would love nothing more than a bone crunching tackle from Hendo in the first couple of minutes on Pogba to see how how much he fancies it and if Pogba gets a yellow for complaining too much, job done  ;)

We wont win, I have noticed lately the decisions increasing for united, especially at home, here is what will happen, we will get a player sent off, and they will get a penalty.

It happens a lot, watch what happens, the players wont decide it, the referee will.

I see your point, but IMO our players don't tackle that hard under Klopp, as was the case against bitters. I can see the referee giving them decisions, but not a sent off.

As for the match, I don't feel that confident as I was when they came to Anfield, but we have one thing on our side, that is Jürgen Klopp, and I am pretty sure that he doesn't give a F**k whether his team plays at Toilet or Camp Nou. Just hope that the players come out hungry enough after the setback at Soton.

Well it's Michael Oliver today and whilst he is not the greatest ref he is certainly no Mike ( F***ing ) dean, both refs like to get the cards out but Oliver is not as card happy as dean who has handed out 80 yellows & 5  reds against 70 yellows & 1 red respectively this season ,I know it depends on the individual games but I'd rather have Oliver over dean any day.

I don't know about anyone else, but I love and hate these days in equal measure!. I have to be in Manchester tomorrow morning too. I think a two hour walk, one hour in the pub with my brother and the match at home is the plan!.

The reason were ahead of UTD is because we're better than them, make no mistake about it. When we're on our game no one can get close to us.
If the players can't get up for this game then they need to ask serious questions about themselves, I believe they will.

Midfield is where we will win our lose this game, we really need Hendo back for this one, keep Pogba is defence mode, and we definitely need Matip back to deal with Ibra.
Attacking wise we are superior, so we have to take our chances because defensively we are terrible.
Its going to be nervy like a cup final, but theses game are what is all about.

      Mon the F***ing Reds!
