Thought i knew of most of the U23's 

He played mainly with the u18s last season mate, only turned 19 last month.  He's not one I'd have expected to be in the squad but he's certainly talented just needs to get some strength into him.  He has featured with the Peps Futures lads at Melwood so Jürgen will have seen him in training.

Plays in midfield but we've a lot of bigger lads with more experience in front of him to force his way in.

I don't get how he's so surprised? They defended a lot against our youngsters, does he really expect them to attack us when we have Sturridge & Coutinho added to the line up?
