I really like this keeper.  He's quick, commanding and very tall  ;D

With him, Kelleher and George we've got 3 very talented young keepers.

      First Name: Kamil

      Surname: Grabara

      Position: Goalkeeper

      D.O.B: 08/01/1999

      Place Of Birth: Poland

      Profile

Poland U17 international Kamil Grabara joined the Academy in the summer of 2016 after arriving from Ruch Chorzow.

A highly rated stopper, Kamil will compete in the U18s and U23s during the 2016-17 campaign.

He is the second goalkeeper from Poland to represent the Reds after Istanbul hero Jerzy Dudek.

Hahaha, I agree! I'd like to see us tie him up long term and loan him out for a couple of seasons at a strong league, I bet he would do well.

I like what I see from the video. He's got most of the goal covered and his reflexes are good. Looks tight. We seriously have very little to lose if we try him out in a proper match.

He looks very good. Why ruin that by putting him on the pitch with that lot in front of him? Ruin the kid

Looks good, but you guys don't want him anywhere near first team for a while. How can an American watch the academy games?

Had one of the footy streaming sites a while back that showed LFCTV, but can't find it now.

You can sign up with LFC TV GO that shows live coverage of youth games and is the suggestion from the offal regarding coverage for overseas fans, not sure how much it is to sign up in $$$ though mate.

Install Kodi, it's on a few add-ons. If you've got a firestick install live net TV APK. It's on there.

Just get apps2fire from the play store if you've got an android and send it to the fire stick.

Saw his interview after the Manc game. We just beat those cu*ts 4-1 and he was absolutely gutted we conceded a goal. That's the attitude our first teamers should be having, especially the keepers!

I never show him play but since Klopp wanted to offer him a new contract means that he has potential.

Think this loan move could be really good for him. Decent enough standard in the Championship and potentially have the pressure of hunting for promotion, much better than sending him off to some obscure league somewhere again. Could see him spending another loan out next season and then at the end of Adrian’s 2 year contract, look to be pushed on and hopefully provide real competition for Alisson.

Could be the next Danny Ward.

Joking. Agree it is a good opportunity for him. They seem to be pretty high on both Kamil and Kelleher.

Who cares, he'll never be our number 1 will he, as long as we make a return on our investment its all good, I mean that is the reason for signing all the youngsters isn't it?

Appsrently i care.  While there is money to be made via player development, if a player is good enough he has the opportunity to make it with us. The Math says it is especially hard for a keeper, but to say no youth player will ever be in our first XI is also not 100 %.

has a youth keeper ever made it to the number 1 spot in our club or any other top club?

I was actually thinking about this the other day that if I was a young keeper it would make far more sense to start at a lower league team and build your reputation that way, being 4rd choice in a top team gives you almost no chance of ever breaking through.
