Be surprised if we don't bring him back for next season.
But you never know. The experience seems to be doing him good though.

I've noticed he has grabbed a few more goals since footy resumed.

Clips below for a game vs Boro in mid-June.

Some nice touches and link up play and as others have commented he's bulked up and seems much stronger these days, OK OK I've got a bit of optimism now for this lad, I would certainly give him a chance ahead of Origi

Will you ever learn to not judge players until they are given a full chance - it wasn’t that long ago you dismissed him along with Jones and others.

When did I do that? I've been saying I am perfectly willing to have another look at him, all I said was that Greenwood at this time is the better forward performing at a higher level.
I'm still baffled why that triggered you so much snowflake.

1 in 2 goals in a tough league to score goals fair play may be just what we are missing in and around the box

He looks to be potentially the most natural goal scorer in the club.

Time to give Rhian his chance next season.

I agree, he’s got a deadly finish. Bring him straight into the first team

That’s 9 goals in 18 appearances on loan for Brewster Which is not a bad return. Give the injury he had previously it’s great to see his firm has steadily improved over time. Be interesting to see if Klopo fancies him for the 1st team squad next season. Harry Wilson has a cracking season fir Derby last year but doesn’t appear to be in the managers plans so we’ll find out in September what he thinks of Brewster. Got to be worth a close look is my opinion.

nah, Klopp would have to drop the Ox from the team and that isn't ever going to happen, just ask Keita.

I see the Ox is now your new hate player. Why do you always seem to have one that you're gunning for?

This lad could be big, it's just the long term injury that's held him back so far.

Expecting him to be in the first team squad next season.

Don't hate Ox at all but you have to admit it's a bit weird he keeps getting starts ahead of Keita when he never delivers.

I think Keita will start against Chelsea.

If Ox starts ahead of Naby again either Klopp has little to no faith in Keita or he's starting to lose the plot.

I suspect Klopp gets a little bit frustrated with Keita's defensive work, he often fails to track runners and when he does it's a little half-hearted. Everyone must realise that the vast majority of our creativity comes from the 3 front players and the 2 full-backs. The three lads in the middle are required to press, hold that shape just midway through the attacking 3rd when we're pushing forward, win the ball back when we lose or it's cleared and then quickly recycle the ball to the 5 lads I've mentioned.

Often their work goes unnoticed when we're winning and scoring freely and yet if the goals dry up people often look to them as the reason why. It baffles me that posters don't realise this. Keita imo still needs to gain the full trust of the manager if he wants to be a regular in our midfield three, he's a skillful little player but he also needs to roll his sleeves up and mark, track and tackle like the rest of our midfield. He still falls short in this respect.

I really think Brewster could be our "summer signing" ahead of next season. I rate him over Origi as backup and who knows, could he challenge Firmino ?
