Going against the grain isnt being a WUM. Going against the grain is essential for a forum

Posting opinions that are only written to gain reactions is being a WUM. Which if anything is what Heimy does

Just doesn't make sence if true given your doing little in transfer market this summer.

Could be raising funds for Thiago. If there's a reasonable buyback clause it might be a smart move

Making funds to get Thiago is bollocks I am afraid teams like Villa spending over 30m for a championship player and we are selling one of our best prospects to fund have a day off

I'll be rightly pissed off if we sell Rhain and keep Divock.

Hopefully this is only media bs.

If we have to sell Rhian just to raise funds for additional signings I'll be concerned.

This is nonsense, I heard that Klopp has decided to keep Rhian in the main squad at least until January.

Though a sale with a buy back clause is how I see is another type of loan deal (just more money moving between the two clubs) I believe Brewster has a great opportunity to break through at the club given the lack of depth up top, in a couple years time that could not be the case so I hope he sticks around for the season to show us what he can do at this level.

Well I mean the SkySports story does say that Brewster was ''almost like a new signing'' for us  after recovering from his injury which is odd considering he played what? 2 or 3 times for us after the injury before being sent on loan?

Doesn't look like top notch journalism if you ask me but we'll see I guess.

Saw this yesterday or the day before, in the Mirror, I think.

Laughed at it and moved on.

Silly season gets sillier every year.

The frenzy is even more artificial this year because they know everything is toned down bc of the pandemic. Ridiculous

So, according to the press liverpool are open to selling brewster, a player who has done nothing at the top level, for 20m quid.

Yet only at the start of the year dortmund paid 18m for erling haaland, who has been banging goals in at the top level for 18 month / 2 years.

Yeah OK. Seems like nobody wants our fringe players so the emphasis has changed to 'who can we sell to raise some pennys' . Ive no real opinion on brewster, but we made a big effort to keep him and the feeling was that he was highly regarded. So what's changed.

According to to the echo we are happy having 3 centre backs, 2 of which are made of glass plus fabinho.

And if brewster goes its just origi to back up the front 3 and maybe minamino as AOC and shaq are always injured.

I'm with Jürgen all the way but I'm concerned.

Would be surprised if we offloaded Brewster, it's a long season, he's got some proper league experience under his belt, knows how to score, and is improving.
Like, if we sell him, are we really going to then go get Sarr or some other attacking mid/striker - I'm not sure, especially if Minamino comes out of his shell, and Jones is starting to show he can do a PL job.
Think its too soon to be selling him.
Think its more likely Wilson, Grujic and maybe one or two others [eg. Gini before out of contract] might be in line first.
