Just to add, before you feel the need to defend somebody check their history.

      http://www.lfcreds.com/reds/index.php?action=profile;area=showposts;u=22051

Laughing at his/her own posts whilst we're losing, calling the manager Jürgen flopp and basic, all around cuntishness dictates he/she has ulterior motives.

Clear a long time ago that he was a troll. Wasn't he the one who posted a link to a porn website when he thought he was posting a rumour mill? If so it's clear to see what he does while he trolls on here. One handed is impressive.

Heimy mate everyone is p!ssed off, and yes on reflection it was probably a mistake to field a weakened team. That said, our first team hasn't exactly been uprooting trees either so I could understand the decision. Ultimately, we need a few of these squad players to be good enough to step up into the first team when needed. Yes once again with the benefit of hindsight we should have obviously added to the squad more in the Summer or even in this window, but we are where we are for the rest of the season so this was a good opportunity for them to put pressure on the guys in the first eleven.

That none of them did is a shame and I'm as p!ssed off as you, but in all honesty I'm less convinced than you obviously are that we'd have won the game if we'd picked our full strength team. We are bang short of confidence right now and making everyone we play look like real Madrid.

No I have no great confidence that our first team would have won either but it would have been one relatively easy game for them to get their mojo back before facing Chelsea, just imagine the boost a comfortable win would have given the team and supporters. When you are in a slump you don't send out your B team.
Anyway onward and upwards, our sole focus now is the league, no more excuses or sh*t performances, lets get the gegenpress back and start terrorising teams again, starting with the chavs on Tuesday.

Don't really know why we are in a slump at the moment, Klopp will see the players train and practice and I suppose pick his team with that in mind, however, when today's players are paid thousands of pounds a week I do expect them to pass a ball cleanly, not pass the ball behind the player and actually make runs so midfield so can do their stuff ! So for me both manager and players are at fault with poor performances , time to offload some dead wood I think and bolster the squad

;D me neither but I'd give it to the bloke who ran the length of the pitch and nearly scored. He got two assists as well, f***** would have walked into our team over the last month. I quite liked the left back too, and the centre forward. In fairness it was a bit unlucky for us that they played so bloody well on the day, totally deserved the win.

The worry is, it's not like teams are beating us because we are woefully poor. The opposition (Swansea, Southampton, Wolves) look so much better than us. Much better organised with a much better game plan.

Teams are not only beating us, they're looking comfortable doing it.

Well we're out of all the cup competitions  now so does this mean that all these promising youngsters we have should all be redundant now. It's going to be interesting to see how many of these players will play in the premier league now or shunted out on loan. If Joe Gomez is good enough with his new 5 year contract then play him. Let's see how many of them get 1st team football. Not many now I'm guessing.

This..this the result of FSG`s policy..trimming the squad to the point that the 2nd team can`t even beat a 2nd and a 3rd league side.

Our depth is so poor as soon as I saw Randalls name who in all fairness Is championship at best. To many blip , slump whatever you call it we are well and truly in the midst of it. We CAN beat Chelsea and if we do might be the filip we need to get top 4 which is what I would have wanted at start of season

Well there is no excuse not to play our strongest 11 from kickoff now-unless that was our strongest 11.Can we go back to January the 1st and start all over again playing the sort of football we had been playing previously.

Want to win trophies? Then put a team out that shows it!! Utter disrespect for the opposing team and the competition. Hopefully, after this, Jürgen will never repeat this mistake again...

Yes, I was about to post the same thing, admittedly it is Southampton's second string team but it's also Arsenal B team. Also Tottenham being 2-0 down with 30 minutes left, same as us, they then peg it back to 2-2 only for the opposition to score again in 84th minute. Instead of then giving up they go and snatch 2 goals in the last few minutes to win the game, THAT is fighting spirit, something we are sorely lacking at the moment.

Don't know where to start. The sooner this curse of a month is over the better.

Well, we're out of both cups now and ten points off top in the league, our season has been shattered in the space of a week.  Can't say I'm surprised though because we have been appaling recently. Some of us tried to discuss it on the forum but were told to shut up because 'we're still in two cup competitions and fighting for the title' so it'd be interesting to hear what those naive people think about this mess.

Today, yet again, was another abysmal performance from us. The only surprise for me was that we actually scored a goal. It was another one of those pathetic going nowhere with the ball type games and I couldn't see us getting a goal.

It's embarrassing that a championship side turns up to our ground and they out play us, win every second ball, every 50-50, every challenge. They wanted it more than we did. It was f**king shocking. The referee had a bloody awful game but I'm not using him as an excuse. We were dreadful. I'm not going to be one of those shithouses who dresses it up in another way, I'll be honest and say exactly how it was, it was f**king disgraceful. I don't care who the f**king manager is, how long he's been in the job, whether it's world class Jürgen klopp, rookie Brendan Rodgers, King kenny or washed up Roy Hodgson - any performance like that isn't f**king good enough for this f**king club.

So let me rip into the f**king players now...

Karius - too slow getting the ball out.

Randall - Shitbag. He had acres of space to carry the ball forward but he would take one touch and then pass it inside straight away. Garbage.

Gomez - I can't remember him doing much wrong and because of the lack of contenders, I gave him motm.

Klavan - Hit and miss just like his LFC career so far. One minute he's ok the next he's all over the place.

      Moreno - woeful.

Lucas - awful first half. Did better second half moving into the back three.

Ejaria - apart from a couple of fancy turns did nothing. Another shitbag who only passes sideways to his nearest man. Didn't notice him on the pitch most of the time.

Wijnaldum - didn't get a grip of that midfield. Didn't look forward enough with the ball. Poor game by his standards he needed to do a lot more

Woodburn - not involved for the first 30-35 mins of the game. Grew into it a bit second half.

      Firmino - woeful

      Origi - woeful

      Sturridge - woeful

Coutinho - got on the ball but had nothing or no one to link upto

Jürgen - woeful. Underestimated wolves and got spanked. This competition was all we had left to lift some silverware and he put a reserve team out. Somebody said on the phone in after the game 'if I paid to see a rock band I wouldn't expect a tribute band to turn up' couldn't have said it any better.   Wolves did their homework and put men behind the ball knowing we wouldn't do anything and for the 8th game in a row now Jürgen has had no answers. Poor.

To summarise, what a f**king sh*t day, a sh*t week, I'm off to get bladderd and drown my sorrows, can't be arsed engaging in any conversation with any tosser looking for excuses for that sh*te performance today.

Agree with all that but Wijaldnums performance for me is all to familar. Not good enough too safe needs to do a hell of a lot more for me and the money we paid
