Education? RTK, What Is It?

Hi people,

I was just wondering what people mean by saying "A supporter is a supporter no matter where they come from, just so long as they've had their education". I got this saying off of the reclaim the kop wesbite and I never understand what the education bit means, does it mean the history of the club in general or something deeper than that?
