Had we lost this game tonight I believe that Liverpool FC getting a top four finish was over

Important win, albeit no great surprise, but hopefully it'll give the lads a confidence boost. Leicester is the one I worry about though.

So we just beat one of our rivals for top four in an absolutely brilliant performance by every single player out on that pitch today and all you can think about is 'what if we had lost'?

Always extra special for me personally when we beat the cu*ts, given my long and deep hatred. As Glenn Hoddle said, our game management today was excellent and at no point in the second half was I anything less than confident that we'd win.

We needed that win after the disaster that was January and the Hull game last week.

Yes that's right... Unlike you I am not content with beat teams around us for the sake of beating them.. We fu**ed up last week against Hull and have been gifted another chance....If we do it next time we play and the time after that and the time after that etc,etc and so on I'll be happy

The game management from Henderson in particular was great. There were times that the second ball was loose (generally from Mignolets awful kicking) but Henderson just scooped them up like a pro.
